Enter via mailed form with a check (and vouchers).

Enter by filling out the “fillable form” above, then email it to Tina, Trial Secretary sunriseagilitytss@gmail.com
and pay via Zelle. See code below. Scan the code or Zelle the amount to fsaagility@att.net.
DON’T FORGET TO ADD $2.00 TO YOUR TOTAL FOR ZELLE FEE.
DO NOT email me a picture of your form. (LIKE EVER!) Use the fillable form.
ZELLE FEE CANNOT BE PAID WITH VOUCHERS.
If you choose this second method and your have vouchers, please email trial secretary how much you have in vouchers and deduct that amount from your total. BUT DON’T FORGET TO ADD $2.00 TO YOUR TOTAL FOR ZELLE FEE.

Bring the vouchers to the trial DROP THEM OFF WITH TINA BEFORE YOU RUN.
IF you don’t bring your vouchers you will need to pay the remainder via check/cash/zelle before you can run.
